Representative Projects
Provide Bathrooms – RV Park and Midway, NYS Fairgrounds, Syracuse, NY
Served as Lead Electrical Engineer, designing power distribution, lighting, and site electrical systems for Midway and RV Park restroom facilities, OGS Project Q2025. Work included underground service, panelboards, branch circuits, high-efficiency LED lighting, and emergency egress systems. The design coordinated electrical loads for mechanical equipment and provided a durable, energy-efficient solution suited for high-traffic seasonal use.
Horse Stables, Sheep Barn/Wool Center, NYS Fairgrounds, Syracuse, NY
Served as Lead Electrical Engineer, designing the electrical infrastructure for the Sheep Barn, Wool Center, and Horse Barns, OGS Project 47304. The work included a 13.2 kV site power extension, pad-mounted medium-voltage switch, 300 kVA transformer, 800-amp distribution equipment, underground duct banks, handholes, telecommunications pathways, and fiber relocation. Building systems included stall receptacles, GFCI-protected circuits, LED lighting, lighting controls, emergency lighting, mechanical equipment power, data racks, and owner AV/speaker infrastructure for high-use agricultural fair facilities.
Provide Expanded Midway and RV Sites, NYS Fairgrounds, Syracuse, NY
Served as Lead Electrical Engineer, designing comprehensive electrical infrastructure for a large RV park and adjacent Midway event area, OGS Project 45331. Work included power distribution for hundreds of RV spaces, including standard and premium sites, concession hookups with 60A and 100A service, restroom and shower facilities, and support buildings. The design incorporated underground distribution systems, site and high-mast lighting, security blue-light systems, panelboards, and branch circuitry, providing a flexible, durable installation capable of supporting high-density seasonal occupancy and large public events.
Residence Hall Modernization Program – University at Albany, Albany, NY
Managed electrical modernization across multiple residence halls, including full replacement of distribution systems, feeders, and services to support modern student housing loads. Work included LED lighting with networked controls, emergency power systems, and campus-integrated fire alarm and telecommunications systems for more than a dozen buildings.
Chavez and Tubman Halls & East Side Dining – SUNY Stony Brook, NY
Oversaw electrical engineering for this mixed-use residential and dining facility. The design included a 3,000-amp service for the residence halls and a 2,000-amp service for the dining facility and central plant. A 1,250 kW standby generator was integrated to support life safety and critical operations. The project included fire alarm, telecommunications, and data systems aligned with University standards and achieved LEED Silver certification.
