Mechanical or Electrical Designer

Seeking CAD Designers of all experience levels to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting mechanical and/or electrical systems.

Job description

  • Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for building construction projects in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines.
  • Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Utilize CAD software to create 2D drawings and BIM models.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and file management.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Aided Drafting or related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
  • Ability to perform under time constraints.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and learn from Senior Engineers.
