Laboratory Addition - State University College of Technology at Cobleskill

Sage Engineering Associates, LLP provided engineering design services for the construction of a new 30,000 square foot laboratory addition to an existing classroom building.

 

This project was designed to meet the standards required to be certified as a LEED Silver Building, as determined by the United States Green Building Council.


Project features included:


  • New Makeup Air Unit Equipped With Heat Recovery
  • Water-cooled chiller and cooling tower.
  • New building electrical system
  • VAV laboratory ventilation system
  • New Web-based Building Management System
