Renovations/Additions to Elementary, Middle School and High School, Stillwater Central School District Stillwater, New York Sage Engineering Associates provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services for renovations and additions to the Stillwater Central School District elementary, middle school, and high school buildings. The classroom addition and the athletics addition together totaled 53,000 square feet. The athletic wing included a new gymnasium, locker rooms, and a fitness center. The classroom wing included a cafeteria, computer classrooms, an industrial technology classroom, district central storage spaces, and maintenance areas. It also included a new commercial-grade kitchen for the cafeteria. The project included upgrading the building management system across district buildings, and upgrading the telephone system to a voice over internet protocol (VOIP) system in the Elementary, Middle and High schools. Services also included extending a 13,200 volt distribution system to a new electric service for the renovated athletic field and new press box. |
Renovations/Additions to Middle School and High School Schalmont Central School District Rotterdam, New York Sage Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the renovation of the existing middle school and high school. Work included a boiler room addition for the High School that included two natural gas fired, water tube, hot water boilers. The hot water boilers and associated heating water piping upgrades replaced the existing deteriorating steam boilers and associated deteriorating steam piping system. The project also included a complete Direct Digital Control system upgrade of the high school and site lighting replacement at both the middle and high schools. Further renovations included relocating the District Office space to the High School, modifications to the High School Cafeteria, modifications to the main entry lobby of the high school, Toilet room modifications in the high school, and gymnasium modifications in the middle school.
